Kayla Harry
Founder, Lément Collective
A New Orleans native and graduate of Tulane University, Kayla founded Lément Collective with a focus on thoughtful, value-driven residential investment.
Her background spans financial services and large-scale project execution. She began her career in finance, developing a foundation in strategy and disciplined decision-making, before moving into experiential marketing, where she leads complex, high-budget initiatives for corporate brands, from initial concept through delivery.
Her experience also includes live event production and broadcast environments, where precision, coordination, and timing are critical. Across these roles, she developed a strong ability to manage complexity, align moving parts, and execute at a high level.
This foundation now informs her approach to real estate, identifying opportunity, structuring with intention, and delivering projects with clarity and discipline.
